- Padmam Fine Silver Jewellery gives cognisance only to the computer-generated tax invoice
- GST or any other taxes as levied by the government from time to time would be applicable and would be borne by the Customer
- We will be happy to accept Silver Jewellery sold through Padmam store, as per the prevailing terms and conditions of our Exchange Policy, which is operated at the discretion of the company
- In order to exchange silver jewellery, the customer shall provide any identity proofs as follows :
(a) Voter ID
(b) Aadhar Card
(c) Driving license
(d) Passport
(e) PAN Card - However, for any purchase equal to or more than Rs 2,00,000, it is mandatory that the customer submit a copy of his / her PAN card in whose name the bill is made. The limit may vary from time to time as per the regulations imposed by the Government of India “
- The customer acknowledges the fact that they are made aware of the silver jewellery's final price at the time of billing for the ornament.
- If payment is made by local cheque or demand draft, delivery of the purchased item will be made only after release the instrument amount.
- All disputes that may arise are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, only
- CMR TEXTILES AND JEWELLERS PVT LTD reserves the right to alter, amend, modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or the whole of the privileges without prior notice.
Padmam Fine Silver Jewellery Exchange Policy:
- In the future, the customer should submit the original purchase bill/receipt at the time of exchange.
- Exchange value will be calculated @ 50% of the purchase value ( excluding the taxes amount paid )as per the bill issued at the time of purchase
- We will accept the ornament/article for exchange after due examination for defects, weights and originality, damage or stone defects.
- Discolouration of ornaments due to the use of mercury, rose water, acid or spray is not our responsibility. Exchange is not allowed for the products which have been altered, tampered with by the customer or anyone.
- Jewellery will have to be purchased against the full value of the product returned. Any excess value purchased would be billed, and that additional value has to be borne by the customers.
